My art is influenced by the colors, shapes, and movement I find in the natural world around me. I love going out into our wild environment of Colorado to gain inspiration for my paintings. The places that I travel to and live have shaped the art that I create. Much of my work is done in mixed media but I also work with acrylic and oil paints. I am not formally trained but self-taught.
